Queen's Court Owners Association

Before you file a maintenance request

A minute here saves a charge later. Read this, tell us who you are, and we will take you straight to the request form.

What the association maintains

The association is responsible for the common areas: roofs, siding, walkways, landscaping, shared plumbing and electrical lines, and the building envelope. File a request here for anything in that list.

What you maintain, and may be charged for

Everything inside your unit is yours: fixtures, appliances, interior plumbing past the shut-off, flooring, paint, and anything you or a previous owner installed. If a vendor is dispatched for work that turns out to be inside your unit, the cost is charged back to you, including the call-out fee where the vendor charges one.

If it is an emergency

An emergency is an active leak, a loss of heat in freezing weather, a failure of power or water to the building, a fire, or anything that makes the building unsafe. Do not file a request and wait. Call the number on this page, day or night. For a fire, a gas smell, or anything life-threatening, call 911 first.

What happens next

You will be taken to AppFolio to describe the problem. Your manager sees it the same day on a business day. You can check the status of a work order at any time from the same place you filed it.

Opens AppFolio, where you describe the problem.
